Miami based Pop Up Records is an independent record label looking for fresh thinking and an
outside-the-box approach. We are a label run by artists, for artists and do not believe "indie" to be
genre-specific. The corporate structure crushes creativity, and our goal is to nurture our artists'
collective vision instead of chasing the latest commercially viable fad. We believe true talent
perseveres and are more interested in creating a feeling than a marketable "single."

Pop Up Records has been in business since 2004. In early 2008 the company was bought by
JUICETUBE, Inc., in an effort to expand the company. Since then the label has been relocated to
owner Evangelos Koutsouradis' facility, Miami Beach Recording Studios, which has been in
business since 1995. Evangelos is a musician, engineer and producer with 15 years experience in
the entertainment industry and a roster of clients under his belt. As Operations and Production
Manager, Evangelos strives to bring superb quality recordings and innovative productions to the
label. Recently teaming up with long time friend and former band mate Larry Suglio they have
ruthlessly working to bring Pop Up to the next level. As Retail Marketing Manager, Larry knows no
sleep when it comes to executing the needs of our artists and the label.

“The Nurse Who Loved Me: A
Tribute To Failure” is all around
triumphant. This album pays
tribute to one of the greatest
bands of the 90s and the legacy
they‘ve left the musical world.
There are few bands that
deserve a tribute more so than
Failure, as they have defined a
mighty sound, that has remained
so influential to so many bands,
in numerous different ways.
